How it works?
The polyurethane vacuum die casting process consists of three steps-
- Designing the master plan-The master plan is prepared by subtractive manufacturing processes and additive manufacturing processes or CNC machining by our expert professionals.
- Creating the mould –The experts put the master pattern into a casting frame and then fill it with silicone material to shape a mould. Then the mould is cut into halves, and then the master pattern is removed, creating a cavity to cast parts.
- Casting products– We inject the liquid polyurethane material into the silicone mould accurately. Then the silicone mould has to be placed in the vacuum chamber. As soon as the mould hardens, the halves are set apart and cast under vacuum pressure. Around 15- 20 copies can be cast through the casting process repeatedly.
